Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (including team handling experience of 10–12 members)

Age Limit: 22 – 35 years

Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, Basic English

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 10 days office work + 20 days store visits (monthly)

Travel: TA (Travelling Allowance) provided

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee 4–5 retail stores
- Handle store operations, stock transfer, and inventory management
- Drive sales targets and implement sales strategies
- Ensure SOP compliance, store hygiene, and furniture/renovation upkeep
- Conduct staff training and team development
- Maintain market knowledge and monitor local trends
- Coordinate marketing activities at store level
- Resolve day-to-day operational and customer issues

Skills Required:

- Robust problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven team handling and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of sales management and store operations
- Willingness to travel extensively
