We are looking for a Telesales Executive for our manufacturing company MSB INDUSTRIES, Faridabad.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* IndiaMART and other incoming leads par customers ko call karna

* Customer ki requirement properly understand karna

* Product details, photos and quotations WhatsApp/Email par share karna

* Quotations ka regular follow-up karna

* Current and old customers se follow-up karke orders generate karna

* Hot, Warm and Cold leads ko identify and update karna

* Daily calling and lead status maintain karna

* Customer enquiries ko properly record karna

* Sales target achieve karne ke liye regular follow-up karna

*Our Products:*

FRP Portable Toilets, FRP Bio-Digester/Septic Tanks, FRP Water Tanks, PUF Portable Cabins, Security Cabins,



Office Cabins etc.

*Required Skills:*

* Good Hindi communication and convincing skills

* Telesales / Inside Sales experience preferred

* B2B or IndiaMART lead handling experience preferred

* Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

* WhatsApp and Email handling

* Good customer follow-up and negotiation skills

*Job Type:* Full Time

*Salary:* Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive

Candidates having experience in B2B sales, IndiaMART leads or industrial products will be preferred.
