- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate customer interest.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Required Skills6 months – 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
