Job Title: Sales CoordinatorJob SummaryThe Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities1. Sales SupportAssist the sales team in daily operations and activities
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Track sales targets and report progress
- 2. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate between sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
- Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely responses
- 3. Order ManagementEnsure accurate order entry and documentation
- Monitor order status and delivery schedules
- Resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies
- 4. Documentation & ReportingPrepare sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Maintain proper filing of contracts and agreements




- Generate MIS reports for management
- 5. Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and provide solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
