Key Responsibilities *

Interface with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.*Convert qualified leads from various sources (in-house, microsites, digital campaigns, etc.) into confirmed admissions across PAN India.* Understand student needs, preferences, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.*Manage the complete end-to-end admission process, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to enrolment.*Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.*Maintain accurate and updated student information on CRM tools (LeadSquared, ExtraEdge, NoPaperForm, etc.).*Support and coordinate admission-related events, counselling sessions, and activities.*Liaise with students, parents, and guardians to provide transparent information regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation.*Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and vendors for smooth process flow.*Travel as required for education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
