Position: Sales Officer / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven field sales executive to identify new dealer network, drive sales from dealer partner. Drive business opportunities, generate project and OEM sales leads. Build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
