Accountant – Accounts & Finance

Location: Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad

Working Days and timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month

? Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting and books of accounts for our group companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
- Handle sales, purchase, payments, receipts and journal entries
- Manage inventory & stock accounting and reconciliation
- Handle bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations
- Work on GST, TDS and other accounting compliances
- Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet schedules and support accounts finalization
- Maintain Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare MIS and accounting reports for management
- Coordinate with CA / auditors for audit and statutory work
- Assist management with bank finance / working capital requirements
- Coordinate with banks,



prepare required financial information and visit banks when required

Requirements

- 2–5 years of practical accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of books of accounts, GST, TDS and reconciliations
- Experience in inventory / stock accounting
- Positive knowledge of account finalization and MS Excel
- Comfortable working on the company's own accounting software
- CA Inter preferred
- Manufacturing / electronics / trading industry experience preferred
- Exposure to bank loans, working capital, CC/OD, stock statements or finance documentation will be an advantage
