Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Show and explain different jewellery designs, collections, and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI payments, and basic sales records.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
- Manage inventory and ensure products are properly arranged and accounted for.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Support store opening/closing and other day-to-day shop activities.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Previous retail/jewellery sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and billing systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
