Ladder Logix is looking for a GenAI & Digital Automation Engineer who can turn AI tools and business data into smart, automated solutions that improve productivity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini and Claude to create smart solutions.
- Create AI-based automation to reduce manual work and improve business processes.
- Connect different software, apps and APIs to automate daily tasks.
- Create simple AI prompts, workflows and knowledge systems.
- Use basic Python or JavaScript when needed for automation.
- Handle SEO activities like keyword research, website improvement, product pages and blogs.
- Check Google Search Console and Google Analytics to improve website traffic and enquiries.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets or BI tools.
- Analyze sales, customer, inventory and website data to find helpful business insights.
- Regularly improve AI tools, automation systems and digital processes.

What We’re Looking For:





- Good understanding of Generative AI and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
- Basic knowledge of AI agents, automation and workflows.
- Good understanding of APIs and software integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to understand business requirements and find smart automation solutions.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and learning skills.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
