? Position: Accounts & Stock Management Executive

Job Type: Full Time | Work From Office + Field

Experience: 1 Years preferred

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

? Job Responsibilities :- Candidate को Accounts और Stock Management दोनों का काम संभालना होगा।

? Stock Management

*

Solar Products & Materials का complete stock management करना।

* Stock Inward एवं Outward की daily entries maintain करना।

* Purchase, Inward, Outward, Sales, Transfer, Return एवं Material Issue का proper record रखना।

* Branch, Godown एवं Site-wise stock maintain करना।

* Solar Panel, Inverter, Battery, Structure, Cable, ACDB/DCDB, Earthing Material एवं Accessories का stock manage करना।

* Site/Project के लिए जारी material की Issue एवं Consumption Entry maintain करना।

* Physical Stock और System Stock का regular verification एवं reconciliation करना।

* Damaged, Defective, Shortage, Excess एवं Missing Material का record रखना।

* Serial Number / Batch Number वाले products का proper record maintain करना।

* Minimum Stock / Reorder Level monitor करना और Low Stock की जानकारी Management को देना।

* Purchase Invoice / Challan के अनुसार received material की quantity एवं item verification करना।

* Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock Reports तैयार करना।

* बिना authorized approval के कोई Material Issue / Transfer नहीं करना।





? Accounts Work :-

* Purchase और Sales की basic accounting entries maintain करना।

* Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice एवं Challan की checking और record keeping।

* TallyPrime / Tally ERP में entries करना।

* Outstanding, Payment एवं basic ledger records maintain करना।

* Stock और Accounts records को properly coordinate करना।

* Purchase, Sales और Material Movement की basic accounting understanding होना।

* Management को payment, purchase, sales एवं stock से संबंधित आवश्यक information timely देना।

? Field Work :-

* आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Site / Branch / Godown पर जाकर stock verification करना।

* Site पर material की delivery, issue, consumption एवं return को verify करना।

* Physical stock checking एवं reconciliation के लिए field visit करना।

* Site से आने वाले material और documents को verify करके office records में update करना।

* ? Required Software Knowledge

Mandatory:

MS Excel – Practical Working Knowledge

Tally Prime – Practical Working Knowledge





Tally ERP / Tally ERP 9 – Practical Working Knowledge

? Required Skills :-

* Inventory & Stock Management की अच्छी समझ।

* Stock In/Out और Material Movement का practical knowledge।

* Invoice / Challan Verification।

* Stock Reconciliation करने की क्षमता।

* Branch / Godown / Site Stock Handling।

* Basic Accounting की जानकारी।

* Accurate एवं Rapid Data Entry।

* Proper Record Keeping & Documentation।

* Responsibility, Accuracy एवं Confidentiality maintain करना।

* Office के साथ Field Work करने की willingness।

* Shortage, Excess, Damage एवं Low Stock की timely reporting।

? Main Objective :- JCPL Solar के पूरे Accounts एवं Stock का Accurate, Updated और Systematic Record maintain करना तथा Physical Stock और System Stock के बीच proper matching बनाए रखना।
