Job Overview

FinTram Global is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.

Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.

Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.

Handle student queries and objections effectively.

Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.





Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

5+ years of experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech, or inside sales preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.

Target-driven, confident, and empathetic personality.
