Supervise daily finishing operations and allocate work to workers.
Monitor sanding, cutting, edge finishing, polishing, sizing and surface finishing activities.
Ensure plywood sheets meet required size, thickness, surface and quality standards.
Check finished material for defects such as scratches, uneven surfaces, edge damage, cracks, or improper finishing.
Maintain production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Store teams.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization and material consumption.
