Job SummaryTeach and nurture students of Grades 2 and 3 by delivering engaging lessons across all core subjects, supporting academic growth, and creating a safe, positive classroom workplace.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTeach English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi/Marathi, and General Knowledge.
- Prepare daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, projects, and tests.
- Maintain attendance, progress records, and report cards.
- Create an interactive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom discipline with positive behavior strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and teacher training.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (preferred or as per school norms).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Classroom preferred).
