We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer & Sales Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, quotations, lead follow-ups and order coordination.

Person will be responsible for handling leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, calls and other online/offline channels, converting enquiries into orders, and coordinating with the internal team for timely order processing and dispatch.
