Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to sell general insurance products such as health insurance, loan sales, and credit card sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales or related field.
- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in selling multiple types of insurance products including general insurance, health insurance, loans, and credit cards.
