Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to support the day-to-day management of CRM platforms, databases, lead management, and marketing automation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness.
- Work on HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. for day-to-day CRM activities.
- Create and update CRM properties, fields, lists, and records.
- Set up and manage workflows and automation, including IF/OR logic and basic lead-routing processes.
- Manage lead capture, lead assignment, and lead lifecycle stages.
- Set up and execute email marketing campaigns, including lists, segmentation, and basic automation.
- Maintain and manage contact, company, and lead data within the CRM.
- Support CRM reporting, data analysis, and regular database clean-up.
- Assist in identifying and resolving CRM/data-related issues.
- Support other CRM, marketing automation,



and database management activities as required.

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Zoho CRM.
- Understanding of CRM concepts, lead management, and lifecycle stages.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation and IF/OR logic.
- Knowledge of email marketing and database management.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work across different CRM and marketing tools.
