Position: Site Sales Representative (SSR)
Location: Pune, Parute, Navi Mumbai, Sindkheda
Salary: Up to 17,000 per month

Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Site Sales Representatives (SSR) with a Civil Engineering background. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities at construction/project sites, interacting with customers and contractors, and promoting the companys products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Explain and promote company products/services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site personnel.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.




- Maintain regular site visit and sales activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep track of market activities, competitor products, and customer requirements.

Eligibility

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit construction/project sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction and civil engineering practices.
- Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset and good convincing skills will be preferred.
