*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Handle *bulk hiring* and achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.

* Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.

* Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and daily/weekly reports.

* Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline.

*Eligibility*

* 1–3 years of experience in *HR Recruitment & Bulk Hiring*.

* Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment drives.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and MS Office.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
