- Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and update accounts receivable records in SAP.
- Collaborate with supply chain coordinators to resolve any issues related to inventory management or logistics.
- Prepare MIS reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in order processing or a similar role in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
