Job Summary

Capline Services is seeking an experienced Manager IT Support to lead IT Infrastructure, Network Security, Cybersecurity, System Administration, and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, leadership experience, and hands-on exposure to automation and AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage FortiGate and SonicWall firewalls.
Design and maintain secure network infrastructure including VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, and ACLs.
- Manage enterprise networking, routing (BGP/OSPF), switching, TCP/IP, and network security.
- Lead cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, and EDR/XDR solutions.
- Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Identity Management.
- Manage Google Workspace administration and security.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, scripting, and AI tools such as Claude, Codex,and GitHub Copilot.
- Lead IT infrastructure,



cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
- Manage IT operations, vendors, and support teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of team management and enterprise IT operations experience.

Preferred: Fortinet NSE, CCNP, CEH, Security+, CISSP, Microsoft or SonicWall Certifications.
