We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication, strong sales skills, and good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops and desktops.
- Explain product specifications, features, pricing, warranty, and offers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up regularly with customers on open leads and quotations.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Use MS Excel for sales tracking, lead management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, payment, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Track sales performance and follow up on pending opportunities.
- Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of Hindi and English.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good knowledge of Excel functions, data management, and sales reporting.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.




- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Experience in IT hardware, laptops, desktops, electronics, or refurbished products will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong Excel/MIS and sales experience will be preferred.
