Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing, and Retro-Pay processes.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts.
- Handle Payroll Interfaces and Integrations with third-party systems and financial applications.
- Participate in end-to-end payroll lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional expertise for payroll issue resolution, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional HCM teams.
- Support payroll processing for multi-country payroll environments (where applicable).
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

Mandatory Skills

- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Payroll (Functional)
- Strong knowledge of payroll elements, balances, costing, retro-pay
- Experience with Rapid Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts
- Payroll Interfaces and Integrations
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations
