Role & responsibilities
- Build diverse pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards & referrals
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on JDs & interview plans
- Manage candidate experience, scheduling & salary negotiations
- Maintain ATS, track metrics (TAT, sourcing effectiveness, quality)
- Solid sourcing skills (Boolean/X-ray, social sourcing)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset
- Bachelors degree (HR certifications are a plus)
