Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in SFDC CPQ (Salesforce CPQ) or Zuora CPQ and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting complex CPQ solutions, pricing models, quoting processes, and Salesforce customizations. Experience with modern AI-powered development and project delivery tools such as Agentforce, Claude Code, and related AI platforms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support solutions on Salesforce CPQ / Zuora CPQ platforms.
- Configure and manage products, price rules, discounting, bundles, quote templates, approvals, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Batch Jobs, Flows, and Integrations.
- Optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, governor limit exceptions, heap size issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Agentforce, Claude Code,



and GenAI-assisted development frameworks for project delivery and productivity enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce CPQ / Zuora CPQ

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Zuora CPQ.

- Strong expertise in:

- Batch Apex, Queueable Apex & Scheduled Jobs
- Flows & Process Automation
- Salesforce Security Model

Performance & Troubleshooting

- Solid understanding of:
- SOQL & SOSL Optimization
- Governor Limits
- Heap Size Management
- Bulkification Techniques
- Performance Tuning

- Ability to identify and resolve real-time production issues and exception errors with appropriate root cause analysis and solutions.

Salesforce Cloud Expertise

- Hands-on experience with:
- Sales Cloud
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

Integration Experience

- Experience working with:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- Middleware Platforms
- Third-Party Application Integrations

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Experience using AI-enabled development and delivery tools such as:
- Salesforce Agentforce
- Claude Code
- Generative AI-based development assistants

- Exposure to AI-driven automation and productivity use cases is highly preferred.
