Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), set up on 2nd April 1990 under an Act of Indian Parliament, acts as the Principal Financial Institution for Promotion, Financing and Development of the MSME sector.
1. JOB DETAILS
Position Title: Senior Java Back end developer
Location: Chennai
Mode of Employment: Contractual
Experience: 5-8 Years

2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Required to create REST API based integrations, create and consume web-services and work as part of a team. Handle projects independently. Knowledge of J2EE development best practices and OWASP security standards. Design, implement, and maintain REST API based applications with high availability and performance. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle and write efficient, testable code.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BSc, MSc, Engineering, MCA or equivalent).



Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience with Information Technology.
4. SKILL SET REQUIRED
Primary Skills: J2EE (1.8+), Spring 3+, Hibernate 5+, JavaScript, JSP, Oracle Database & SQL, HTML5, Bootstrap. Secondary Skills: Microservices Architecture, jQuery, Oracle Database, Angular 2+, React JS, REST API integration.
5. COMPETENCY
Hands-on coding, validation and implementation of software solutions; understanding existing and greenfield architectures; requirement analysis; independent delivery; ability to work under pressure; handle change requests; improve application performance; learn new technologies; partner with QA; participate in post-implementation reviews; robust communication and presentation skills.
