- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operation Theatre (OT) setting, ensuring a safe and efficient setting for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals during operations by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with nurses from various specialties to develop individualized plans of care for patients pre-operatively and post-operatively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in an OT setting or similar healthcare facility.
- Solid knowledge of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology etc. .
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
