General Role Purpose:
• The key elements of the role of the OTM Consultant to provide E2E solution and Support.
• The role covers all aspects of transport functionality of OTM: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management, Inventory Visibility and Freight Bill Audit & Payments whether delivered with the core transport solution or ancillary solutions.
• The role would be responsible for developing Integration mapping Specification. Need to have good knowledge in various message formats like ANSI, EDIFACT, Rosetta net, XML etc..
• Completing and managing customer work packages in accordance with established budgets, work plans, quality standards, and timeframes
• Structuring and solving customer requirements using Templates & Frameworks as well as generic product functionality
• Work on transport project solution work packages or change requests with DevOps in-house or external team.
Main Accountabilities:
• The key purpose of this role is to gather requirement, solution design services and development of the transport solution for a broad range of projects and Support.
• Support the business project teams to determine IT solution requirements, CRP demonstrations, customer meetings, solution design.
• Manage the implementation of IT project work packages in line with the DHL DevOps way of Working.
• Manage required IT development activity in line with the customer requirements. Ensure any development IT in accordance with supplier governance policies.
• Provide IT support as required for live customers (CRs, new releases etc.)
• Projects timeline, implementation,



post warranty support and Go-live Support.
• Build effective relationships and maintain close liaison with business and IT by maintaining regular contact through the full project lifecycle.
• Undertake other projects and roles as required from time to time by senior management.
• Run business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template-based implementations.
• Build working relationships with Project team, customers, business, and suppliers.
• Development of test scenarios and scripts.
• Work with testing team to automate the Testing.
• Manage and/or perform IT testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Document user training to internal and customer teams
Functional & Technical Experience:
• Positive understanding of transportation customer requirements and good technical understanding of solution capabilities e.g. OTM, Kewill, Blue Yonder.
• Good Knowledge on Agile and DevOps
• Jira project management experience. Scrum/Kanban board in Jira.
• General understanding of transport related ancillary systems and B2B integrated e.g. HERE, Transporeon, Centiro
• Participates and organizes workshops & events.
• Preparation of solution design proposals from a commercial as well as a technical perspective.
• Advising / consulting to external customers.
• Coordinate, direct and oversee work package delivered by Specialists and/or suppliers.
• Developing content for customer presentations and providing technical/functional content

OTM Experience:
Years of Experience: 10-15+ Years | 8-10 Full Life Cycle Implementation (At least Three Implementation in Agile/DevOps)
o Experience in OTM Cloud implementation with minimum four full Cycle Implementation and Two E2E Migration from On Prem to Cloud.
o Experience implementing Transport solutions in at least two different regions.
o Experience in fit Gap analysis.
o Experience in standardization of solution.
o Prem to Oracle Cloud.
