Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leasing professional with 9–10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to manage end-to-end leasing activities for residential and commercial properties, including apartments, flats, independent houses, office spaces, buildings and other real estate assets.

The role will be responsible for property leasing, tenant acquisition, lead generation, site visits, negotiations, deal closures, documentation and tenant relationship management, while ensuring maximum occupancy and rental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end leasing activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and generate leads for prospective tenants, corporates, businesses and individuals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tenants and clients.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits and property inspections.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget, location and business/residential needs.
- Lead negotiations on rent, security deposit, lease tenure, lock-in period, escalation, maintenance charges and other commercial terms.
- Drive leasing closures and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, brokers, channel partners and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements, rental terms and related documentation in coordination with the legal team.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations and Property Management teams for smooth execution of agreements and handover.
- Manage lease renewals, extensions, rent revisions and tenant transitions.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing-related concerns.
- Develop relationships with real estate brokers, consultants, corporate clients and channel partners to generate business.
- Conduct regular market analysis on rental rates, demand, competition and emerging locations.
- Monitor vacant properties and develop strategies for faster occupancy and rental income optimization.
- Maintain leasing MIS covering leads, site visits, negotiations, closures, occupancy, rental income and renewals.
- Prepare regular leasing performance reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, approved commercial terms and applicable documentation requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

- 9–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Leasing / Property Leasing.
- Strong experience handling residential and commercial properties.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, property visits, negotiations and deal closures.
- Strong understanding of rental and leasing processes.
- Experience handling flats, apartments, independent houses, commercial buildings, office spaces and other properties.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of lease/rental documentation and commercial terms.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete leasing cycle and achieve revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market would be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate or related field would be an advantage.
