We are conducting a Virtual Weekend Hiring Drive for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Direct Client and MSP/VMS recruitment.

If you have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT Recruitment, candidate sourcing, technical screening and client submissions, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, work authorization and availability.
- Submit qualified candidates within defined client SLA/TAT timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and VMS portals.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
- Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C and 1099 hiring models.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization:
H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
- Experience with ATS and VMS platforms.
- Robust sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a SLA/TAT-driven recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Comfortable working in the US shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
