- Lead and manage the quality assurance team
- Plan, coordinate and monitor quality activities
- Ensure adherence to defined quality processes and standards
- Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
- Monitor team performance and provide technical/functional guidance
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure timely closure of quality issues
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
- Mandatory / Preferred RequirementsElectronics / Electronics Engineering background
- Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management
- Demonstrated team leadership/people management experience
- Candidates from electronics industries are preferred
- Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby regions preferred
- Must be comfortable working from Noida
Valuable to Have
Knowledge or experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).Exposure to defence / aerospace / defence electronics industry.Experience working in organizations handling regulated or compliance-driven products.
