Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and progress updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of Finacle products/services or similar banking solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
