*About The Role:*

We are looking for a Full time Video Editor & Content Creator who can take raw conversations and turn them into emotionally engaging stories. This is not just a cutting job - you will be the visual storyteller for our brand.

*What You'll Do:*

- Edit full-length podcast & interview episodes for YouTube

- Create engaging short-form reels/shorts from long-form content for Instagram & YouTube

- Design thumbnails, titles & hooks that match the tone of our brand and drive CTR

- Repurpose content smartly across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

- Maintain brand consistency in tone, pacing, fonts, colors and storytelling style

- Add subtitles, sound design, B-roll, motion graphics where needed

- Collaborate on creative ideas for new formats, campaigns and series

- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of edits

*What We're Looking For:*

- Proven experience in video editing for podcasts, YouTube, or content brands

- Strong portfolio of reels / short-form content that performed well





- Expertise in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve + After Effects (for basic motion)

- Understanding of what works on Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts - hooks, pacing, retention

- Good sense of music, storytelling, and emotional timing

- Ability to design thumbnails in Canva / Photoshop

- Someone who understands human emotions, not just transitions

- Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and open to feedback

*Good to Have:*

- Experience with podcast editing

- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, titles, descriptions

- Basic understanding of social media trends and audio trends
