Role & responsibilities

- Design intuitive, accessible and visually consistent user experiences for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Own the end-to-end design process from user flows, wireframes and prototypes to polished UI designs and developer-ready specifications.
- Translate complex product requirements and workflows into simple, explicit and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain reusable components, design systems and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation, and use insights to continuously improve the product experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers and business teams from requirement discovery through design, development and release.
- Contribute to product thinking by identifying usability issues,



simplifying workflows and proposing practical design solutions.
- Experience designing digital products or product-based platforms is an advantage, particularly products involving multiple user roles, workflows or connected services.
- Experience in the healthcare and/or education industries is an advantage, especially designing user-facing digital platforms and complex workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates who can join immediately or within one month are preferred.
- A face-to-face final round in Bengaluru may be required.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution and end-to-end product design work is required.
