KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead SMT & PBA manufacturing engineering operations
- Troubleshoot SMT & PBA production equipment and technical issues
- Handle Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, Wave Soldering, ICT/FCT
- Manage jigs, fixtures, pallets, carriers and production tooling
- Lead model changeovers, feeder setup, stencil changes and nozzle calibration
- Drive OEE, FPY, productivity and process improvement
- Conduct RCA using 8D / 5-Why and implement permanent corrective actions
- Plan and execute TPM, preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Reduce machine downtime and improve line availability
- Lead and mentor Engineering & Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC-A-610 and IATF 16949 requirements
