Job Title: Executive Job Summary

The Executive will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring efficient material procurement, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of SAP MM and inventory management practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in physical inventory management.
- Coordinate material procurement and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Process purchase orders and invoices using SAP MM, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for various products.
- Conduct material requirements planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes.
- Prepare reports on inventory status and vendor performance for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in inventory management and procurement.




- Proficiency in SAP MM and other inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
