We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives.
- Select and size power devices.
- Perform circuit simulation, loss, and thermal analysis.
- Support schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and EMI/EMC.
- Handle prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Implement and test protection features (OV, UV, OC, short-circuit, thermal).
Required Qualifications
- - B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics.
- 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong fundamentals in power electronics and control systems.
- Hands-on experience in power hardware testing and debugging.
Technical Skills
- - Strong fundamentals in Power Electronics and Analog Circuit Design
- Hands-on experience with:
- BLDC / PMSM motor controllers
- Knowledge of:
- DC-DC converters
- Gate driver ICs
- Current measurement techniques
- Thermal management
- Understanding of EMI/EMC best practices
Tools Software
- - Schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium / KiCAD preferred)
- Simulation tools (LTspice or similar)
- Lab instruments: Oscilloscope, power analyzer, current probes
Soft Skills
- - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with ownership
- Good documentation and communication skills
