Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

. Lead the design, development,



and implementation of cloud native applications using Node.js and AWS services.
. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
. Design scalable microservices and event driven architectures leveraging AWS cloud services.
. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and DevOps teams to define technical solutions.
. Drive application modernization initiatives and migration of legacy applications to AWS.
. Review application designs, code quality, security controls, and performance optimization opportunities.
. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to enable efficient delivery.
. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents, ensuring service stability and reliability.
. Mentor and coach developers, perform code reviews, and support career development within the team.
. Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical governance, and release management activities.
. Communicate technical solutions, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership teams.
