Job Description - Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.




- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis across departments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, and process integration.
- Monitor system efficiency and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business analysis documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of business processes, policies, and SOP development.
- Experience in process/workflow mapping and system analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business applications.
- Positive understanding of operational and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
