Role Overview We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Intern to support our social media and digital communication initiatives across multiple platforms. This is a 6-month remote internship designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital content execution and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and post creatives, reels, videos, stories, and updates.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, mentions, and messages.
- Track social media trends, platform best practices, and audience preferences to understand what content performs well and why.
- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for smooth content execution.
- Support reporting on reach, engagement, and overall content performance.
- Assist during campaigns, events, and brand activities.

Eligibility & Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate or final-year student in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Communications, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam (Mandatory, as day-to-day coordination and candidate evaluations involve bilingual communication).
- Skills & Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and content formats like Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media strategies, or relevant certifications will be given preference.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar basic design tools.

- Experience: Prior social media or digital marketing internship/hands-on experience is a strong plus (candidates with prior experience will be evaluated on content performance analysis, audience understanding, and format engagement).Role & responsibilities
