Job Title: SME / Team Lead / Manager / Sr Manager - Finance & Accounting (R2R)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead finance & accounting operations across Record to Report (R2R)
- Manage month-end close and financial close activities within defined timelines.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis, and Management Reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to process controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication and service delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across finance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 18+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
- Strong experience in R2R.
- Robust knowledge of month-end close, financial close, P&L;, and balance sheet analysis.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Experience managing operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, and productivity.
- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction and communication skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
