Job Description: Sales Executive Medical Devices

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, covering the Delhi NCR territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building robust relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key opinion leaders, and achieving assigned business targets. Candidates with prior experience in pharma sales or medical device sales will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned Delhi NCR territory
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and channel partners
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular field visits, product detailing, and demonstrations
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Coordinate with distributors/stockists for timely order execution and stock availability
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; report insights to management




Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of channel queries
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activity (CRM/reporting tools)
Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and medical events as required
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 03 years in sales; prior exposure to pharma or medical device sales highly preferred
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy/Life Sciences background is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR
Basic proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred,
