Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Commercial Finance Partnering - Provide financial leadership to procurement and business teams to drive value-accretive sourcing and commercial decisions.

2. Material Cost Optimization - Drive Raw Material and Packing Material cost competitiveness through market intelligence, cost analytics, and savings initiatives.

3. Working Capital Management - Optimize inventory investments and working capital through effective inventory governance and supply chain collaboration.

4. Procurement Analytics & Benchmarking - Leverage benchmarking and analytics to enhance procurement effectiveness, supplier competitiveness, and cost efficiency.

5. Financial Planning & Performance Management - Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making and financial control.

6. Vendor Commercial Excellence - Strengthen supplier value through commercial evaluation, performance assessment, and strategic vendor development.

Governance & Compliance - Ensure robust financial controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness across procurement and inventory processes.

8. Payables & Cash Flow Optimization - Manage accounts payable performance to balance supplier relationships, cash flow efficiency, and working capital objectives.

9. Strategic Value Creation - Deliver insights, business cases, and profitability analysis to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements :

- 14-22 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Solid background in business finance, including financial planning & analysis (FPA), budgeting & forecasting.
- Proven expertise in procurement planning & optimization using tools such as SAP Ariba or similar systems.
