Position Overview

Support day-to-day sales and business development activities for recent business opportunities across:

- Automotive Products
- Drone Motors Controllers
- Engineering Services Software Solutions

The role focuses on customer coordination, quotation support, sample tracking, documentation, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support preparation and submission of quotations.
- Coordinate with customers to collect requirements and technical specifications.
- Follow up internally for costing, delivery timelines, and technical inputs.
- Track customer enquiries, quotations, samples, and sales orders.
- Coordinate sample dispatches and maintain delivery status.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and customer updates.
- Maintain sales pipeline and opportunity tracking reports.
- Support customer communication and follow-ups.




- Assist in preparing presentations and business review reports.
- Maintain customer records, documentation, and commercial files.

Education
- Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- MBA or PGDM equivalent is preferred.

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Development Support, Customer Coordination, or Inside Sales.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of technical products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
