- Junior Level: 2–3+ years (Core experience in BESS/ESS manufacturing is mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled professionals for the launch of BESS and ESS projects, consisting of Designing/Procurement/Execution including Production function specializing in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and ESS (Energy Storage Systems) with Grid/solar linkage. Position is open to work from home or Hybrid, as per the mutual comfort,

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Designing/Procurement/Execution including Production function manufacturing and assembly of BESS & ESS systems integrated with with Grid/solar
- Manage end-to-end NPD/production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance requirements
- Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and higher productivity
- Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, and Project teams for smooth operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Monitor production KPIs, output efficiency,



and defect rates
- Handle vendor coordination and material planning
- Independently manage Cost Center operations and contribute to Profit Center performance
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per client and business requirements

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and ESS (Energy Storage Systems) production/manufacturing
- Knowledge of High voltage integration of battery assembly, testing, and quality control processes
- Understanding of GRID/solar project integration with energy storage systems
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage operations independently
- Exposure to profit center and cost center management is added advantage
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, and industry standards
- Willingness to travel across Pan India

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Power electronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience in renewable energy / battery manufacturing industry
