Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools, molds, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.

- Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or issues with tools, molds, or products.
- Assembly & Dismantle the injection moulds
- Blue matching / Mould match skills is required

- Collaborate with production team members to resolve tool-related problems and implement solutions.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of tooling inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair history.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols when handling chemicals, machinery, and other materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (Tool Room Engineer) in Plastic Injection Molding industry.

- Diploma/ITI degree in Any Specialization; B.Tech / B.E. preferred but not mandatory.

- Solid understanding of injection molding processes, including mold design, manufacturing, and maintenance.

- Proficiency in using blue match software for mould assembly & matching moulds.
