Salary: INR 8,00,000/- to INR 14,00,000/- per annum as CTC

Objectives of this role

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, waste management, and utility management.





Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures

Ensure immediate resolution of maintenance issues to avoid disruption to hospital services.

Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements

Organize and plan building instalments and refurbishments

Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors

Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol

Timely communication of relevant information, escalations, building management and reporting

Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and repair history for all facility systems
