Role & responsibilities :
mainly an AUM Retention / Surrender Retention & Reinvestment role within the sales function. we are looking for the candidates from AMC / Mutual Fund / Wealth Management / Insurance / Financial Services backgrounds who have handled customer retention, redemption/surrender, reinvestment, AUM, and sales teams.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 37 years experience approximately
- AMC / Mutual Fund / Wealth / BFSI background
- Managed AUM / redemption / surrender cases
- Experience in retaining customers and reinvesting funds
- Worked closely with sales teams / branches / distribution channels
- Experience tracking volume and value targets
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
- Valuable Excel / MS Office skills
- MBA preferred
