We are looking for a Jr. Data Operations Executive who is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data handling, dashboard creation, and data analysis.

The candidate should be a quick learner, good at multitasking, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Number Of Positions: 01 Only.

Experience: 0 - 2 Year of Experience in Data Operations, MIS, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Reporting Data Operations, MIS, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Reporting, with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data handling, dashboard creation, and generating actionable insights from data.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Excel + Power BI/Tableau will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, data validation, charts, etc.

Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.

Good understanding of data handling, data cleaning, and data analysis.

Experience in creating multiple dashboards and MIS reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Quick learner with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

manage, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Work extensively on Advanced Excel for data processing, reporting, analysis, and automation.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management reports.
- Identify data discrepancies, errors, trends, and opportunities through detailed analysis.
- Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources/files.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Develop multiple dashboards and customize reports based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting and data requirements.
- Handle multiple tasks and reports simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
