-Prepare board meeting agenda, MOMs, Annual Reports of companies
-Manage quarterly compliances on Stock Exchange Portal
-Proof checking of financial statements in XBRL mode
-SEBI (LODR)/ FEMA compliances & regulations

Required Candidate profile

- Knowledge about SEBI, FEMA, ROC, MCA filings & compliances
- Legal & regulatory compliances
- Board support
- Positive drafting & communication skills
