- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and source candidates according to the job description, eligibility, experience, language, location, and salary criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, location, and overall suitability.
- Explain the job profile, salary, shift timings, location, process, and interview details to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule candidates for HR, Operations, assessment, and other interview rounds.
